Pairing:
A wine full of character that is particularly good with grilled red meats or spicy pasta dishes. A mixed grill of meat is an excellent pairing.
Appearance:
From pure syrah the “Lusirà” comes from four hectares dedicated to this grape which has found in Sicily an excellent environment in which to develop. Vinification:He spends 14 months in French oak barrels, Nevers, Troncais and Alliers, one third new, before spending another twelve months in the bottle. A wine that has the classic character and personality of a grape rich in aromas, spices that immediately bring to Sicily if not even in the Middle East. Strong emotions from a land full of great wines.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Intense ruby red and nuances of garnet red, little transparency. Nose: Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of red currant, plum and morello cherry followed by aromas of blueberry, dried violet, vanilla, chocolate, tobacco and menthol. Palate:Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasant softness.
