VINIFICATION: Harvesting is done manually in small boxes. After the destemming-crushing, the must is brought to 8-10 ° C and left to macerate. After soft pressing, the must is separated and left to settle by cold sedimentation. A period of refinement of about 3 months follows on fine steel lees, followed by another 2-3 months of refinement in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw Yellow with golden reflections
Nose: Delicious notes of citrus fruits, with peach, medlar, pineapple, green apple, citrus, flowers hints of hawthorn.
Palate: Round texture, yet fresh, with full fruit flavors, keptfresh by well balanced acidity and intensity that draws out the finish.”
